Saw Palmetto as an anti-androgen for acne...?

Has anyone tried taking saw palmetto during a cycle to prevent acne because of the fact it is an anti-androgen? I know people take it for prostate health as well, but I do not care about that. Since something like Var is mildly androgenic, would taking anti androgen be a bad idea? If I have to sacrifice a potential lb of LBM in order to keep acne away, unlike last time around, that would be fine. I just want to keep acne away. I have read stuff about saw palmetto to prevent acne but I have never seen a daily dosage that has been used.

I dunno about SP and reducing acne, its never done anything for me. (No science here, just my experience).

If your concerned about acne -- try large doses of Vitamin B5 5-10grams ED, and maybe some gugglesterones. You could use accutane, but its more serious stuff and needs to not be toyed with.

how much B complex. B complex just has panothenic acid. I am acne prone without gear so I need some strong shit. I will be taking 12g of B5 and 140mg Guggulsterrones ed. I have minocycline, but I am not sure if should use it with var? Also if I am taking alot of liver supps can I take accutane with var, or will my liver crap out on me?

Did you get acne with var only cycle??? If so, where was the acne (facial, body) ?
