I'm still amused by the Texans...this was a Clippers-esque move. At the very least, they should've used other teams' desperation for Bush to trade down while staying in the top 5/10 (a la San Diego with Vick and Tomlinson).

Yep. They could have dropped 4 picks and still have gotten their man and picked up future picks in the process.
