AH ok now I understand the jmmc! Interesting that you had those sides. My first questions are going to be is it real? Is it "clean"? Is it something else? Did you change anything else in your diet or training that may have caused the bloating? I think you need to give it around a week to start feeling anything, but you went 2 weeks. How soon did you notice the sides? To do a check, you might try running it again to see if the same thing starts happening on the same schedule you experienced it the first time. (Or don't, and either get some different, more reliable var or just stay off it.) Is it possible to allergic to var? Or possibly just the preparation of var that you have. Which var are you using?
