newly signed up today, been reading a tonne of stuff regarding AAS. And have came across SARMS again and again. I've read the "intro to SARMS" post but it still all seems a bit above my head.
What SARM cycle would you run if you wanted to recomp, and turn some excess body fat to muscle? And what sort of dosage would you be looking at?
I'm certainly curious about them after reading up, but don't want to jump in the deep end without knowing what i'm getting myself in for.
