I've found a website that sells sarms like ostarine, gw, s4, lgd 4033, etc as powder form. Will this be as effective as the liquids?

It's probably just easier to get it suspended and dosed properly by one of our sponsors, but if you know what you are doing and it's a trustworthy source, then its fine. Just make sure you get the dosing right.

As long as you know its a legit supplier. You could suspend your own liquids if you have the know how.

Of course if the supplier is gtg. But do you know how to suspend and dose them correctly?

You Don't have to suspend them bro. Just make sure you have a very accurate scale that measures up to .01 of a gram

How else would he take them? osta granules are tiny.... suspending or soluting is the way to go imo. or injecting into gel capsules if you have that kind of time on your hands
