Hi there guys, I came across your forums and have been trying to look into cardarine and i see that you have a lot of good info, but all of this info is not really geared towards someone like me. Most of the forums are geared towards bodybuilders so i thought maybe i could ask you a few questions.
I am a 37 year old female (almost 6 foot tall). I am in the army reserves and I used to be active duty a few years back. I have never been in “great” shape, but when I was active, I was in decent shape. I could run decently well and I have a body that is more athletic looking than girly and soft. I was a paratrooper, though and so I got a back and ankle injury and so, I was laid up and grounded and then I had a baby and then an ankle surgery. It was all down hill from there.
Since then, I have gained a shit ton of weight because i can’t do the same physical stuff that I used to. I am working on medically retiring from the reserves because i just can’t keep up with the weight standards and i can’t carry a lot of weight anymore. But in the mean time, i am going to drill in my uniform that barely fits and it’s humiliating. this is the heavyset i have ever been. I’m 6’00” and i weight 215. ugh.
i’m interested in trying cardarine, but my interest lies in helping me to drop some weight and helping to keep my endurance when i do go on my short/slow jogs. My diet sucks, so i am in the process of working on that.
Will cardarine help me to bring my weight down and help to make jogging a bit easier for me provided that i eat better without me having to have a super strict diet and with out any negative side effects, considering that I am a woman? What happens when you stop taking this? And I understand that is not a steroid, correct? Or is this really only something that is beneficial for those who are really strict and looking to be competitors? I just want to lose about 30ish lbs and look and be a healthier.
Thanks for taking the time to help me out with this.
Very Respectfully,
