stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator May 4, 2018 #2 my rule of thumb with sarm's for women is run 1/2 the dosage for men. GW isn't a sarm so that doesn't count. so you would run the full 20mg a day dose S4 you would run 25mg a day, with 50mg being the max
