SARM cycle coming up, to add or not to add??

24, 180 lbs, 6'1, 12.5% bf -----------> Goal (Recomp) 180 lbs @ 9-10% (2 months)
Ostarine 1-8 (25mg)
S-4, 1-8 (50mg, wont go higher even if no sides)
HCGenerate 1-8

Diet is clean, mostly consisting of Tuna, chicken breast, whey, greek yogurt, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, egg whites, thats pretty much it. at least 200g protein a day, moderate carb low fat. Drop carbs and up fats on cardio days.

I've been hearing a lot about RS Transaderm, but from what I gather its a must for PH cycles, i would assume it would work well with something like anavar as well which tends to produce lethargy and libido issues although probably not to the extent of PH's. My question is, does RS T actually help with lean muscle gains or is it simply something that is a sexual and mood enhancer? Would it make sense on a bridge such as this?

Also anything else I can add to make this stack better (although my goal is to recomp, gaining some muscle is more important than losing fat at this point). RS T seems like a great option but I'm skeptical as to its muscle building properties considering the list of potential side effects is low.

With HCGen, you shouldn't need transaderm.

Other than that, it looks pretty solid bro, you'll live this run!
 
you would not run transaderm on this cycle at all... you would never use it as a bridge... you could add gw... i highly recommend that... check out uniquemicals... their gw is fucking amazing...

Ok cool, just had a question on protein intake as well, since sarms increase protein synthesis/nitrogen retention (1/3rd that of testosterone if im not mistaken), how many grame should I intake without it being overkill. I'm going to try for 250, I always have a hard time going any higher than that because it ends up being too many shakes, i have trouble eating a large quantity of food when its healthy food. I can only stomach 10 oz of chicken breast in one meal but prob could eat about 4 big macs until i felt as full

Ok great, I've ran Uniques GW before it was awesome, only reason I didn't add it in this time was i want to add as much LBM as possible, will definitely look at adding it in when I run my proper cycle in April to shred up even more

1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight is usually the sweet spot. Try spreading your meals out through the day, and doing fasted cardio in the mornings. You'll be able to hit your burn zone easier and faster, but still be able to cram all the food you need down during the day

Damn I wish I ordered the GW when I ordered my other SARMS, still have 2.5 weeks until I start and SS ships quick so I'll probably end up getting it, I've been having trouble doing HIIT for more than 10 minutes (always try for 20), I remember cardio felt like nothing on GW.

Will do, the setup would look something like
Fasted cardio 20-30 min low-medium intensity (down the sarms and 2 N2burns)
Breakfast
Gym right after
cardio after weights
Prob 2 big meals spaced out by 3 hours
then a nightime meal (greek yogurt casein protein blueberries etc)

Man I'm getting pumped up, thanks for the advice bros gonna kill it no doubt

you can add lean body mass with gw bro...
