Not at all. Unless you're preparing for a show/photoshoot or have pre-existing blood pressure problems in which sodium might be an issue. Other than that it's very important for hormone production and overall performance in exercise.
eh table salt can be bad for you, but certainly wont kill you if used sparringly. it wont hinder your results except for some water retension if anything
Try using sea salt or kosher salt instead of table salt - it has a richer taste & less sodium in it.....But unless you're 4 weeks & under out from a show - salt is fine, just make sure you're drinking enough water....
