This is a good recipe to use if you have bought a bunch of canned salmon and don't know what to do with it. Also, the canned salmon has bones which can be picked out or left in. I leave the bones in. And there is no sauce included w/ the recipe since I rarely eat any.
Ingredients
Eggs
Celery
Salmon
Bean Sprouts
Mushrooms
Onions
Garlic
Salt, Pepper, MSG (optional)
Procedure
1. Sauteed salmon, celery, onions, garlic, and mushrooms. You may leave out the sprouts, they will cook fine later on.
2. In a bowl, crack eggs and whisk, omit the yolks if you prefer.
3. Combine all sauteed items and sprouts into the bowl of eggs. Make sure you use enough eggs, or a smaller amount of salmon else you will end up with odd looking fish cakes.
4. Fry up the mixture, press outsides firmly with spatula to get some carmelization. Flip, press outsides again, turn off heat and serve eggs onto plate.
