I checked the search function and couldn't really find anything on the following question. I was wondering what AS (mild) might help a woman lose some weight but maintain or slightly increase muscle mass (nothing that will turn a woman into a man ). My wife has tried clen. and xenadrine with some ok results (she does work out several times a week) but I think sometimes when you hit a certain age (or maybe the body type) things need a little push. Something that basically will cut some fat but also help in retaining and adding muscle which in turn will increase the metabolism. Should she continue to use clen? She seems to have hit a wall and doesn't like some of the sides. Any mild AS that might help out that don't have any severe sides (deep voice, hair, wacked out hormones - don't need any competition ? If so what dosages would be recommended for a first time user? Hope this sounds intelligent. Thanks for the help.
