Ok, here it goes...
I only drink Skim Delight milk, ONLY wheat dark bread. The total nutrition value out of this would be around: Protein - 344 g's, Carbs - 300 g's, Fat - 100 g's, Calories - 4800...
This is NO SWEAT diet, almost too easy... I chew on vegies THROUGHOUT the day... I drink almost two gallons of Lipton's green and regular hot tea a day...
My protein shakes contain 44 g's of protein, 8 g's of carbs, 3 g's of fat, and 240 calories...
This is just an example of my last four weeks of diet while on the cycle...
So, here it goes...

7 AM:
4 slices of wheat bread
2 yougurts
1 glass of milk

10 AM:
1 wheat bagel with creamcheese

11 AM:
1 Protein shake

1 PM:

1 can of soup
4 slices of dark bread
1 glass of milk

3 PM:
Protein shake

5 PM:
1 Kippered snack
2 slices of wheat bread

8 PM:
soup
stake or chicken
4 slices of dark bread
1 glass of milk

10 PM:
Protein shake

11:30 PM:
1 Kippered snack
2 sclices of wheat bread

Sometimes wake up at 2 AM:
1 Kippered snack
2 slices of bread

I didnt think that looked enough for bulking! Personaly, i'd like to see some protein first thing to end the catabolism after fasting all night
 
You'r diet looks good, though kinda low in protein till 11:00 (as stated by FatRat), but anyway at what time do you train?

I'm at 183-185 now...
I was at same stats last fall before my depression when my ex-wife cheated and now we are divorced. I lost back than 20 lbs in two-three weeks... These stuff (marital problems) do weird shit on people, I swear.
Kippered snack is herrin.. I love fish and seafood. So, it never bothers me...
I'm at 5% bf.

I usually workout at about 7 PM till 9.
My diet is not flawless. Hell no... But it has worked for me great!!! If there are some improvements could be made, let me know. Karma and a sence for respect will be given for any good suggestions...
 
post workout shake with some dextrose would fit in there perfectly...

then another high GI meal an hour or so later... baked potato (x2) w/ chicken would work well there.
