Running mk677 by itself

don't tell me that you can't run mk677 by itself cause a friend of mine ran nutrobal as he called it and got good gains and said he healed up his back on it
He did 100mgs a day
I’m about half his size though. He weighs like 310 and i am 155. Should i do like 50mgs a day/
I’m 24 years old and this is my first time using sarms

hell yeah 50mgs is plenty for MK677

as far as healing it depends on the injury, some injuries will not heal at all, some will heal very well.
