I'm alternating my workouts between lifting and cardio; three days of each. My cheat nights are Thursday and Sunday, which means I diet during the day on those days, but eat a big dinner.
Oddly enough, I've been dieting so much lately, that the morning after I have my big meal, I feel something similar to a hangover. The old bod's just not used to rich food anymore. Even though all I had was a chicken burrito (yes, with all the trimmings ), chips and salsa, and cookies for desert.
Anyway....what would be best for me to do today? Lift or do cardio?
