Ripping up

New member
Been bulking up for a solid 6 months now and wanting to get rid of the excess fat Iv got. Iv lowered my carbs, increased the protein intake and adjusted the training slightly. Any other tips I can follow to help with losing the fat. Things such as cardio, diet or supplements?
 
Ever tried cardio 1st thing in the AM before eating?

Post up ur diet to start with and we can move forward from there..if u want to really do a number on fat do fasted cardio in the morning on a empty stomach

Breakfast - 5 weetbix with full cream milk. Protein shake. Multi vitamin and fish oil

11am - generally a few rice cakes and a can of tuna

1 - rice and chiken

5 - hit the gym. Pre workout vitargo
6 - post workout vitargo + gold whey protein.

7 - dinner which is generally (meat / vegies / potatoes) or (pasta).

11 - just before bed. Can if tuna and multivitamin and fishoil.



This varies slightly from day to day. If I am trying to strip the fat but retain the muscle. Should I incorporate or remove anything from my diet? Or possible change the times I eat and wat I eat?

try a low carb high protein deit..like no more then 30grams of carbs a day..try to get in about 250grams of protein a day..eat every 2.5-3 hours if possible..eat green veggies..idk what wheatbix is but eat some eggs for breakfest if u like eggs.great soure of protein eat like 1 whole egg and 4 egg whites every morining..do cardio 3 times a week at 30mins per session..after a couple weeks you will see the differnce if you combine all of this

bottum line u need alot more protein,less carbs,lot of cardio
 
I think you may be catabolic, you're on the right track; small meals throughout the day but the meals are too small and too infrequent...

Don't overdo it but you may wanna add a little to each meal and as stated before eat every 2.5-3 hours...
