try a low carb high protein deit..like no more then 30grams of carbs a day..try to get in about 250grams of protein a day..eat every 2.5-3 hours if possible..eat green veggies..idk what wheatbix is but eat some eggs for breakfest if u like eggs.great soure of protein eat like 1 whole egg and 4 egg whites every morining..do cardio 3 times a week at 30mins per session..after a couple weeks you will see the differnce if you combine all of this
