Ok, so I go in to do legs tonight... I notice my leg is feeling a little "tight" if not downright SORE as I'm walking up the steps to the weight part of the gym....
It's the lateral part of my Quad, down toward my knee... the outside part of my right quad. .. it feels like someone hit it with a sledgehammer or injected 4cc's of fina into that little part of the quad... take your choice.
I go to do a warmup on the bar for front squats, and it feels like my quad muscle is going to rip apart at the seems there. Then, I do 135 for 2 reps... and have to re-rack it... I decided it would be wise to stop and my entire leg was shaking, felt like the muscle was going to blow up and whatever fuck... damnit.
I didn't do any leg workout since LAST FRIDAY... my leg hasn't hurt all week, didn't do anything CRAZY... yet it hurt when I was going into do legs tonight...
It really feels like I have just done 10000 1 legged squats with 300lbs... it's like my leg had "nothing left" in it as my workout started....
Worse yet, I flip my shoulder/tri workout because I am hoping after throwing some icyhot on it tonight and massaging it, it will feel better... but again, worse yet, my shoulder/tri workout tonight was "ok" -- none of my workouts are "ok"-- they are fucking spectacular... My mind was so fucked up on why the hell my leg was fucked.. fuck... just fuck... fuck a fucking fuck...
