I hear a lot of discussions on Creatine/Glutamine but not a lot on Ribose, Iv been taking it and have seen dramatic increases and much shorter recovery time. . .This stuff really works and the word is if your not taking this in conjunction with your Creatine then you might as well flush it down the toilet.
Anyone have any insight here?
