Reverse Curls, Where do YOU place your thumbs?

Whats up fellas.
Anyways, it have been tweeking my routine by doing the smaller little things, varrying grip on bench, military press, twisting my wrist ever so slighty so my pinky finger is closer to my body than my thumb when doing curls, to get that extra contraction. Faster reps, and slower.

When I go to do reverse curls, I keep my thumb next to my hand, for one set, and wrapped it around the bar for the next.

MY question is how much different is this exercise with the two varrying thumb positions?
&
Does it work a particular muscle greater then another one when changing thumb positions?

Your over thinking non essential shit. Curls don't yield big arms, rows, pull ups, and dl do. It doesn't matter what kind of curl you do, by that point in your training session, your bis should be fried and any further bi work is only to flush more blood in the muscle. If your bis aren't 21 inches or bigger focus on compound moves, when you get to 21 then worry about curl variations. Keep it simple and eat.
