I don't agree with increasing the dosages for the sake of it. I have used 2mg constant for two periods and it's done the job for me. Others I knnow have stuck at 1.5mg/week and had the intended results. If you find that food noise is coming back then increase the dosage.
I do 1mg every 3.5 days so that it lines up with my TRT protocol. The first time I tried it i started at 1mg for the first week then up to 2mg and haven't exceeded that. The longest I have run it is 9 weeks.
What is your reason for running it?
