Update - Mt2 dropper from @Sydney City supplements came so have started that once a day 
Meal have remained the same apart from going to actual rice lol also have started carrying a backpack with around 5kg (drink and whatever other shit the kids feel they need) in it while on the walks.
Currently sitting at 54kg and can not thank @Sydney City supplements enough
