I dont think its a hyped product per se. I do believe there is real world evidence that it works. But I also believe it is something that must have been part of a daily diet for years. Alot of this product reflects off the French diet. Like using rich creams and cheeses, etc... I've been using 1% and/or skim milk and cheese for a long time. I never got into the rich foods. But as soon as I bought some quality organic whole milk and used good quality rich cheese and butter, and other items in my deit... I ate less. I ate a lot less and felt fuller and not as hungry through out the day. I just wanted to add a little bit on things I feel go hand in hand with res...
I do not believe it is a cure all. Nor do I believe taking high doses on a daily basis is a way to "Make Up" lost time. I also do not believe any of those effects people are seeking, such as life longevity nor lean muscular bodies like seen in test mice, will ever happen when taken in such a late stage in life. If you already have the body, then maybe, in my mind, you might be able to use it as a catalyst for some types of gains. Maybe not in lean bulky muscle but then again who knows.
I would say if there were a group of experienced people, that really knew their bodies, knew when something in their diet made any changes, and they kept everything in their daily routine the same... would we see anything? Hmmm.. blind study... just give a months worth of liquid Res to a friend and see if anything happens to them? lol
