I have lost 18 lbs in two weeks. Just eating real food no bread or rice or anything, taking ultraglycemx 2x per day cardio 5x per week and weights 3x per week.
 
If you went on a low carb diet you can expect the first week 5-7 lb. loss, mostly due to water.

18 lbs. in 2 weeks is not a good thing. It is way too much, and I am sure you experienced some dramatic muscle loss. If you cut calories too fast you will experience an immedate muscle loss. Fat does not come off that easliy.
 
I started at 368 lbs so it dosen't seem unreasonable to me. My lifts have gone up, so I couldn't have lost muscle correct? Thanks for the concern though.
 
Well, good luck to you. I don't know that I have ever heard of anyone losing that much in 2 weeks with good results.

That is an extraordinary amount of weight to lose in 2 weeks ideally.

I seen that before but usually it'll start to drop to 2-3lbs weight loss around the next week or so. Its mainly probably allot of water you was storing.
