WEIGH-IN: Aug 29th 11:00 am – 4:00 pm, Aug 30th 8:00 am – 10:30 am

START TIME: Aug 30th 11:00 am

UNIFORM: Must have one piece lifting suit or wrestling suit (Mandatory)

CONTEST LIFTS: Bench Press, followed by the Deadlift

ENTRY FEE: $70.00 for each division $95.00 for both

AWARDS: Awards will be given in each weight class to the first three places.

hey parabellum.. i was there.. it was a great meet.. and yeah the trophy's were sick.

I dunno if you remembered me, but me and my friend ed did it. I wound up hitting a 265 bench, and nailing a 440 DL ( just over 3x bw !! )

I competed also. Not a great meet for me, but my team made me proud. I tried a 500 pull in the 148's, but missed half-way.

I train with him when I can. Usually I get out there for a workout every three weeks or so.
