i do alot of cadio 6 to 7 days a week and im just wondering what to fill in for carbs ? if you have any suggestions at all i would love to hear them . thanks
Whole-wheat pasta is better than regular pasta, since it is made of whole, unprocessed carbohydrates. HOWEVER, I love my pasta "aldente" and italian, so I do eat it quite often (for lunch, enver for dinner).
It is crucial to add some LIGHT sauce to it (like, sliced tomatoes and basil) or possibly tuna and remember: DO NOT ADD CHEESE (unless you can afford the extra calories/fat from it).
If you really love pasta, do not deprive your soul from such passion, I, as an Italian descendant, cannot live without my pasta!
I actually find whole wheat pasta to be better tasting then that of regular pasta..
As erik said, the toppings are what kill you. I normally just use some spaghetti sauce that my mother sends me, its to good to pass up..but there are certainly better ways to top..im sure others will chime in with suggestions

just picked up pasta by barilla. its also has Omega 3's in it and its 10g of protein per serving of whole wheat pasta. if u see it pick it up, cheap too. 1.99/box.
