I have been diagnosed secondary hypogonadism in february this year...all parameters were in range... but pretty low...i had somewhat diminished libido and sex drive and since i planned my cycle i carelessly entered it...it was 500mg test E for 16 weeks with proviron throughout whole cycle at 50mg/day and dbol for 8 weeks 40mg ,finishing with tbol for last 4 at 40 mg...
my pct was hcg for 2 weeks EOD 1500 IU , clomid 50mg for 30 days and nolvadex 20mg for 40 days...
I am about to measure my hormones...
Notably i injured my penis during intercourse somewhat in november last year and had problems with orgasmic feeling when ejaculating..however it was quite sensitive on feeling sexual encounter and during it...I was using vitamin e, arginine, ginko ,all things that increase bloodflow cause i thought it was nerve damage...Thing started getting better on test,i felt refreshed, more libido, orgasms were getting better and erections were out of this word...it wasnt untill april and than later may this year that i happened to get another injury probably due too much sex and too hard erections...My penis started losing erection sometimes even on TEST which never happened before...During HCG i felt much better ,testicles were fuller and sensation was great....2 weeks ago i noticed i am losing tactile sensation on new places and now i am barely able to feel any kind of pleasure unless i hit a spot that has it with vigorous masturbation or sex,which leads me to cumming early but not feeling much...
Tell me is it possible that in ANY way, hormones can dictate tactile spot sensation on human glans penis?and does any type of dis balance of hormones possibly can affect it? i need information of this sort because i am not sure if it is hormonally related or i have sustained real injury that affects me...My glans texture also changed ,its dry ,rough and calloused ...
