I WAS SOOO tired and didn’t want to do yesterday’s work-out. I was being a biznatch in my head. My weight didn’t increase because well… My goal was to get through it.
That is even after drinking a FULL Triple redline!!!! LOL I had to take a 30 minute nap yesterday as well. FUN
And I had to sleep in today!! I got about 8-9 hours.
Anywho off to get ready and do cardio now!
