Red spot.. fuck infections

ok.. did a shot in the front of my delt.. fuckin 2 days later its red in about a 2x3 rectangle and sore as fuck.. like it was when i did my first side delt shot.. im just wondering.. is this just because im introducing AAS to a muscle thats never seen anything in it? and its reacting weird.. or is the gear possibly not sterile.. i wipe EVERYTHING between every transfer.. and get fresh pins.. open it and even wipe those.. and still infected? or not?

i did a quad shot last night.. lets hope that dont turn out the same.. by the way.. i LOVE quads now..

How much and what did you inject? Maybe you pushed it in to fast. Do you massage area after, that helps a little too.

could just be that site is more sensitive to the BA/BB. though such irritation can become infection

Probably just irritation bro. You should see some of the lumps and pain I have gotten from shit in the past! I have been crippled for weeks and it was not an infection at all! BA!

bro, dont immediately suspect its an infection. Especially since it was only 2 days, but I took a winny shot in the delt my last cycle and it was a fresh vial and I swabbed everything with alcohol and everything was sterile as can be, bout 12hours after inject it started turning red and getting very warm to the touch. One thing you need to not of is "where" the redness is. If it is an even circle around the inject site, it MITE could be an infection. If it is from the inject point and down under it only, it is very possible its just an irritation to the gear or BB or whatever other solvent is used in it. My delt was red and warm to the touch for almost 6 days. The only thing I could do to minimize it was add a cc of bacto water to dilute it a little. Anyways just watch it close , and its always good to be cautious with infections cuz they can hurt you bad real fast.

ya you got good stuff bro. If I hit a spot for the first time, it will definately be irritated more than the injects following the initial first stick.

ya i think thats the case here.. every new spot i hit for the first time is like crippled 2 days later.. and red and hot.. its always with the NPP though.. i did my first quad with test/eq and feel barely any pain 2 days later now..

Good to know you are not infected. My first shots I did, the same thing happened a knot the size of a plumb. It eventually went away obviously but I was concerned none-the-less. finally I did get an infection and you can tell the difference

u say u wipe down the syringe or the needle? DONT wipe anything on the needle. It should come out of the casing and straight into your body after u swab the injection site.

Because pins are sterile and alcohol swabs are just clean.

You do not have sterile alcohol swabs, I don’t think they exist.

Learn sterile technique, Google it, and then practice it when you inject sounds to me like you are contaminating your injection.

Furthermore the alcohol on the pin, introduced by your swab would hurt like heck.


As I type this I think I solved your problem, first learn and practice sterile technique and second DON’T WIPE YOUR PINS WITH ALCOHOL SWABS.

Yes, I think that may be it, injecting add ional alcohol into your site.


Wipe your skin, then not contaminating it let the alcohol evaporate, also swab your vial and let that evaporate (use two separate swabs)
Draw and inject, I bet it will be painless

sounds like a plan, being overcautious apparently is causing me more pain.. ya sometimes it stings liek HELL injecting the npp.. and sometimes the test e/eq mix burns.. just the alcohol on the needle.. i figured it was disinfecting it if anything.. shows how wrong i was.. from now on.. out of the cap.. 2 drips down the needle.. into the muscle.. WEEE

what exactly is the red spot.. whats the difference between a reaction to the AAS and infection.. they are both red.. hot.. and sore to touch.. confusing.. i keep thinking these mini-infection like soreness/redness are real ifections then they clear up in a few days.. is it just my body fighting the infection away.. or is it just a reaction to the gear/ba/bb

I think its a reaction to the gear, not an infection. My red hot area was between my delt and elbow...ran from my tri to bi...I would say about 4" squared area. and it was not round or symetrical.

when i did my first shot of cypenate my ass felt like a horse kicked me 2 days later and i have a fever and couldnt get out of bed .after the 3 dr shot it stoped .now i ran out of cyp and got etheante from the same lab and again my ass is swolen a bit some red dness but its light in color spend out and i have a low fever 99.3 .im hoping its the ba ,but i remeber the last time it happend it was much worse.

everytime i inj in to my calves they seem to get infected. they swell, turn red, hold fluid, hurt like hell, same as it did when i went into the dr for it. called it cellulitus. i can inj anywhere else the same way witht the same gear and not even get sore. what gives?
