Red itchy and 3 spots all the time : /

Ok so my first two jabs in the butt were great no pip, itchy, 3 spots at all last two in the right then the left have been itchy red and 3 spots lol what the hell is going on? going to do diff sites ofc but wanted to know if i was allergic to the oil or something? very strange no lumps nothing. im using over an inch needles and at 90 degrees all the time. This is just for my peace of mind in the hope it wont get worse. cheers
