If you're truly interested in having a functional HPTA, it take more than just popping a few pills after your cycle.
Far too many guys fool themselves into thinking that as long as they use some "tried and true " method (which is really only internet guru advice applying drugs) they'll be fine. Not so. What you do, what you use, how you protect yourself, how long you stay on....it all makes a difference in regard to how you recover.
Time and time again people do what they think is the responsible thing only to find out that their T elevls are sub normal. That mean going on HRT -- which is fine, if you're over 40. But not if you're 30.
Here are some basic rules.
WHILE ON...
Be conservative with dosages. You can make BETTER gains by training harder, taking in more protein and using supplements along with your cycle than just adding more and more gear.
Avoid stuff that gives you problems. Deca kills your dick? Don't use it. EQ gives you anxiety? Don't use it. Can;t recover from Tren? Don't use it. Going over 1000 mgs gives you gyno? Don't go over a 1000 mgs. This is common sense.
Cycles are cycles. In other words, 6-8 weeks. 12 weeks MAX -- but that's pushing it. Expect recovery to be slower. Since a longer recovery means loss of gains, it stands to reason it makes no sense to prolong a cycle -- unless you just want to be have more muscle during that time and don;t mind losing it.
HCGen is great while on because it slows the suppression of the HPTA.
N2GUARD protects against possible damage and health issues.
You can kick start a cycle with some SARMS which will not cause immediate suppession.
UNLEASHED can make the most of the cycle and allow for less testosterone to be used.
Some people like to use small amounts of HCG to keep the testes full. I prefer using it at the end. Whichever way you choose, it gives a head start to get the body working on its own -- which at some point, it must do.
You can use some Proviron while coming off which will not cause sever suppression and allow for the recovery processs to begin while maintaining libido and muscle hardness (UNLEASHED does this as well to an extent with no suppression or toxicity).
Always have some anti aromatase ready for estro related sides, but DO NOT use an anti estrogen to cover up side effects like bloating. If you're bloating, there's a reason for it. Pay attention! Don't just hide it.
USE POST CYCLE and UNLEASHED to help recovery and maintain libido.
Follow with BRIDGE to maintain muscle pumps, blood volume, GH output, libido and strength.
Wait at least 4 months before cycling again if you want full recovery of the HPTA and the ability to bounce back again from another cycle.
I'm going to keep this as a sticky as long as possible. It seems every few months there are new members asking for this protocol, and every few months there are people arguing about it. Here it is, plain and simple.
If you want to do things right, it takes time and planning. This is serious shit. You can do amazing things these days. But it still requires effort, expense and intelligence. Employ all three, or don't bother at all. Do it right, and you won't be sorry.
