My summer diet consists of ice. But every few days I eat an orange tic tac for vitamin C.
It might sound dull but there are all sorts of ideas for how to make your ice diet more interesting:
Smoothie- blend ice and water. Yum!
Soup- melt ice in a pan for about 3 minutes until it's a little bit melty. Broth plus crunch=heaven
Popsicle- put toothpics into the ice tray. Great for children's parties.
Ice sculptures- carve out something beautiful and enjoy! If you're a vegetarian or vegan make sure to sculpt a carrot or something so you're not eating "meat".
Salad- put 1 cup of ice cubes in a bowl and shave blocked ice on top for decoration (great for entertaining)
And more ideas are welcome. Don't worry about vitamins or minerals. They just make you fat. I get all the nutrients I need just like plants do. Every day I stand with my feet buried about 6-8" into the ground and absorb my energy from the sun and the earth.
