post workout meal
tuna on whole wheat/macantosh apple
meal 2
bacon egg cheese supreme omlet on crossaint
meal 3
foot long turkey/bacon on honey oat ( subway)
meal 4 2 slices of whole wheat w/ natty PB
im not contest dieting just looking to drop 20-30 pounds of pure lard
beats eating burgers and pizza like i been doing last 6 week's!!
