r-ala on carb up days?

do you ckd'ers do this? I imagine you can go through a shit load of r-ala on carb up day(s). any opinions?

i just take 1-2g of regular ala during my carb up day. Once my ala runs out im gonna give AST's r-ala a try, its 200mg per cap.

I take about 100mg per 30g of carbs....(if I remember too). Yepper...I swallot alot of pills that day.

AST does NOT have r+ lipoic.. sadly they dont even know what it is (or at least did not when they changed their site a month or 2 ago)

I've been using ALA for about 6 months now..both r-ala and racemic and I personally notice very little difference except racemic is cheaper.

but either form works great!

its still ala, same price as before(considering the raws are 4 times the cost minimum... VERY SUPER UNLIKELY).. if it were actually R+ (and they knew what that meant) they would emphasize it in the description.

sadly they are probably too incompetent to know the difference

sure does.. but since a month ago they did not even know the difference, there are numerous posts of several boards regarding this... and they are now selling it at the same price and dose as their old ALA... makes it EXTREMELY unlikely that it is infact R+ alpha lipoic.. label change without product change (so very common unfortunately)
