I'm bulking.. and considering using this product.
I'm basically on the see-food diet. I'm 6'2" 185 and don't gain much fat at all, ive gained over 60 pounds in less than 2 years w/ like 1-2% fat gain so i'm not THAT worred right now
When would be the best time to use r-ala.. toward the end of the day?
is it better for cutting or bulking, should i even bother?
