i would use TTokyo just because i know it works well, and i have never used quality vet. i know this doesnt tell you what works better but TTokyo is great.

QV is newer and cheaper. If I had both readily available, I'd choose the older, proven Ttokkyo. How about some "My friend says that Ttokkyo...." comments?
