Hey Guys,
I've been viewing a lot of acne threads and am surprised the Guggolsterones are not mentioned.
Guggol worked great for me - keeps break outs to about nil.
It is reported that Guggolsterones are as effective as tetracycline on acne. Of course, Guggol is OTC - so that's a nice benefit.
It also, reportedy, increases metabolism. Most people take it for this fat loss benefit - the acne help being just a bonus.
Anyway, thought I'd pass this on. This is a little-known secret and it works just great.
Guggolsterones are sold by Syntrax (the adipokinetix people)( in a product called "Guggolbolic". There are other sources as well, but that's the one I use and it works.
