Hi just curious can you tell me:
Your heighth
Calorie total for a day
Fat cal total for a day
Protin grams for day
Carbs for day(does this includes veggies or just complex and simple
carbs)
But curious and want a rough idea because when I read articles like in Oxygen dont anymore mag just makes me mad) but when I did its like the girls just ate chicken, orange roughy, egg whites, asparagus, broccoli and on occassion salmon. Plus like 2 hrs of cardio, plus weights. Everytime I added up the total of calories or protein it was like nothing. It was like starvation, do girl really eat like this? How can u function? Or grow? Wouldt your body hang on to everything becayse it would go into startvation mode? Ok sorry this is so loooooong!
