Quick carb question!!!

Well...
Your hot dogs for a start...without the buns of course.
Any burger without the bun and ketchup.
Really I don't need to sit here and list it for you..you know what carbs are contained in...avoid that and order and eat around it.
BTW...@ 164# the last I would do is go on a CKD diet.....unless I was 4' tall.

Dear God man...
Why not hit up a place where you can pick your food items? Buffet sytle?
I know..I know..You are seeing some hole in the wall place where there are 500 lb. people stuffing their face.
IF you can find a decent buffet...You can pick out decent foods at least. Hit the salad bar . I'll be the chick picking the egg whites from the salad station,ripping off the skin from the chicken, and PRAYING they have garbanzo beans around.
Granted..I love to cook and we do not eat out much...BUT...YOU can make better choices IF you eat out a lot!
