Since i'm pretty lazy when it comes to preparing food, I found two meals that are pretty high in calories and protein. If you guys and ladies have any other food combos that are easy to eat and create plesae post.
1. wheat bagel 340 cal / 6 g protein
protein shake w/ skim milk 300 cal / 34 g prtoein
2. protein shake with skim 340 cal / 34 g protein
slim fast shake mix 200 cal / 10g protein
oh right now i'm taking gold standard natural whey from ON.
