Just wondering what everyone uses for quick and easy meal recipes while dieting. I am sick and tired of chicken and brown rice. One thing that my BF and I have invented is mixing extra lean ground turkey with canned chili to add extra protein and change the carbrotein ratio, it's high in sodium, but it's the beginning of our diet so I don't think that it's a major concern right now. We use Stagg 97% fat free chili Silverado beef flavour, we cook the ground turkey then add Tomato Sauce and some club house seasoning and then mix it all together. Any new ideas however would be much appreciated.
