Looking for someone to help me with a meal plan i want to cut weight and keep muscle and strength as much as i can here's a little about me i am 5'1, 162 lbs, 21 yrs old i eat pretty clean i lost 14lbs so far in 6 weeks.... i am at the gym 6x a week i do mainly free weights i work every muscle.. my main goal is to become a fitness model
