Well need to ask, what are some of your best strenght feats while on and training to get big. Let's be men. Mine personal bests are:
DB shoulder presses 4 reps with 105lb DB's.full range of motion.
DB incline fly's for chest 10 reps with 100lb DB's.
DEAD LIFT (regular) 405 for 20
Partial deadlift 740llbs.

These were my stats when i lifted regularly. 6'2 ,275lbs 34 inch waist 20 inch arms.
