Questions for the Experts

I have a question regarding muscle glycogen. I read several journals about muscles can store about 340-400g of glycogen and the liver 100g. My questions are if we build more lean muscles, does this 400g storage capacity change? My second question is a bit harder. I require about 2200 calories a day to lose 1lb-2lbs a week in theory, now if I workout (weight train and light cardio), is it possible to measure how much glycogen was depleted from muscles and the liver using the calories burned for the day?

Thanks in advance!

bro, i read your other post and you are def overthinking this diet thing. if you are trying to lose weight than your muscles are usually in a depleted state. that doesnt mean theyre atrophying but they are smaller and flatter from not having the carbs to fill them up.

Thanks Bro, you know this bodybuilding thing is so addictive! I am so afraid to put 1g of fat on ... LOL. I have to just relax and stay in a calorie deficit, but when you see a couple of stomach muscles, you go crazy and want more! Thanks for your reply!
