Hello! I am 25 years old 5'5" 140 pounds, I weight train 4 days a week, followed by moderate cardio on the stairs 3 days, one day HIIT on the stairs and one day of spin. I eat clean And consume About 1500-1600 calories daily. I am looking to get stronger, and leaner. Basically just looking to have great muscle tone. I am not sure of my body fat %.
I tAke omega3s twice a day, caffeine, vitamin d, bcaa's, cayenne pepper.
So my question is, will I benefit from adding creatine to my life? What kinda of results to women achieve from taking it? Will I get bloated?
If anyone has any advice on this or anything about how I can loose more fat And gain more muscle please share!!
