Im a 6'0 - 140lbps male, I was wondering the name of the supplement that I can buy at Canada malls ( supplements store ) that does give me a lot of calgories ( more than 3000 per serve )

and please tell me if it helps gaining weight... thanks! :fro:
 
in canada , what is a calgorie.. did u mean calories? cuz 3000 cals/servings is absolutely insane... you'll put weight on for sure, but all to you gut and handles... the most i think would be good are those 1000 cal shakes. But also its not gonna do much if you dont have a good training program. But dont forget getting a lot of your protein from meat and fish... also carbs help too, but dont go overboard on the carbs... for u to gain weight i would say go with ~ 200 g protein 325- 350 g carbs and about 45 g fat per day. thats a little over 2600 cals/ day.. and if yr not seeeing results bump it up 100 cals a day or so.
 
wow, talk about diabetes...weight gainers are crap. There are better ways to get mass on you and buying these 3k weight gainers will only add unnecessary fat. The secret to packing on pounds of solid muscle mass is simple: For the most part, the types of foods you eat on a muscle-gaining program are the same ones you should eat all the time, whether you want to lose, gain or maintain - you just need to eat more of them.
 
Sweed and Sawastea are right on the money, forget the gainer drinks and start eating meat, potatoes, and peanut butter bro.
 
Will this routine work?

8 am -- Meal 1
Myoplex, 1 tsp flaxseed oil
432 calories, 42g of protein, 25g of carbs, 14g of fat

11:30 pm -- Meal 2
2 Eggs ( no yolks ) w/ 1 cup of hash browns
440 calories, 28g of protein, 36g of carbs, 20g of fat

1:30 pm -- Meal 3
6 oz. chicken breast with 1/2 cup of rice
319 calories, 50g of protein, 23g of carbs, 7g of fat

4 pm -- Meal 4
2 eggs ( no yolks ) in a flour tortilla w/salsa
367 calories, 24g of protein, 17g of carbs, 20g of fat

7 pm -- Meal 5
Myoplex, 1tsp flaxseed oil
432 calories, 42g of protein, 25g of carbs, 14g of fat


9 pm -- Meal 6
6 oz grilled tuna with large baked potato, 1 cup of veggies
450 calories, 48g of protein, 56g of carbs, 6g of fat

also what's the best thing to eat/drink 30min before or during workout?

lo GI veggies like sweet potatoes, green beans, broccoli, spinach, etc
and i suggest some oatmeal added to meal 1

do that and you have a good base to build from

don't forget to train hard
