question on deca

on a deca cycle of 100mg per week, what would be the reasonable time to start noticing some results on muscle size?
 
Wowza hope deca is not your first cycle. Also is it regular Deca or NPP? Regular deca is 2 weeks I believe NPP after about 3 days you should feel it. Muscle growth etc all depends on your diet and training. What are they currently like>?
 
Deca is SUCH a bad idea.

Like QT said is it deca durabolin or nandrolone phenylpropinate?

I assume you are talking about deca durabolin .... and that is scary unless you are already a serious competitor. Deca is long lasting - if sides start, you CANNOT bail out. You'll have to stick it out and watch the sides possibly get worse and worse for a couple weeks.

Muscle gain is all about diet and training. You can gain muscle on ANY AAS, as well as OFF AAS. AAS is not the end-all-be-all of muscle gain.

deca is not my first cycle, I'm using it because due to competition period prices for anavar went really sky high!! the deca is short acting.

Diet is currenly the following:

meal 1 - 40g protein shake, cooked oats, 6 almonds, 1 grapefruit
meal 2 - 6 egg whites, 1 plate white rice, green veggie salad
meal 3 - 300g chicken breast, green veggie salad, 1 plate white rice, 1 banana
meal 4 - 40g protein shake, 1 plate white rice
meal 5 - 1 can tuna in water, green veggie salad
meal 6 - 20g protein shake


Training is as follows:

day 1-4 legs and calves
day 2-5 shoulders and back
day 3-6 arms

additionally I do 40mins - 1 hour cardio every day. Workouts are focused on low reps and high weight.

I've been following this diet and training for two weeks and still have not seen any increase in size... I have got no sides at this point, however I see more shape on arms and shoulders. I'm training legs really heavy and though recovery seems to speed out I still see no results.

Do you think I should be eating more? I'm 125 lbs 5'5"

Are you splitting up the dose? NPP is most effective injected every 3rd day.

As for your diet if you trying to put on mass or cut? Also what is your current bf %? What other AAS have you done in the past and at what dose?

It is a single dose. As for the diet I'm aiming at putting on mass, I haven't checked my bf% lately but I think it is around 15-18%. I did some cycles before but I'm talking about 3-4 years ago... I did: anavar, eq and hgh cycles (each separate)

Ok so start splitting it into 50 mg dose every 3rd day. The half life of NPP is 48-72 hours shotting it only once a week will increase your chance of sides and your levels will be off.

As for your diet even when going for mass I would not recommend white rice switch to brown and drop the banana. Best post workout shake/meal I have ever used is 50g whey 1/4 cup rolled oats blend it together and eat half a grannysmith apple with it.

thanks! what is the difference between the white and the brown rice? on the other hand, the "rolled oats" are a brand for oats?

White rice spikes your insulin levels brown will maintain them also make you feel fuller longer. Rolled oats is just plain unprocessed oatmeal any brand is fine.
