deca is not my first cycle, I'm using it because due to competition period prices for anavar went really sky high!! the deca is short acting.
Diet is currenly the following:
meal 1 - 40g protein shake, cooked oats, 6 almonds, 1 grapefruit
meal 2 - 6 egg whites, 1 plate white rice, green veggie salad
meal 3 - 300g chicken breast, green veggie salad, 1 plate white rice, 1 banana
meal 4 - 40g protein shake, 1 plate white rice
meal 5 - 1 can tuna in water, green veggie salad
meal 6 - 20g protein shake
Training is as follows:
day 1-4 legs and calves
day 2-5 shoulders and back
day 3-6 arms
additionally I do 40mins - 1 hour cardio every day. Workouts are focused on low reps and high weight.
I've been following this diet and training for two weeks and still have not seen any increase in size... I have got no sides at this point, however I see more shape on arms and shoulders. I'm training legs really heavy and though recovery seems to speed out I still see no results.
Do you think I should be eating more? I'm 125 lbs 5'5"
