I was wondering how I should workout on a bulking cycle. Do I want to lift in the 3 sets of six to eight reps or is there something better. I know I need to lift heavy, but not sure about sets or reps. I'm doing a work out now with three sets, but it is one set of 15 reps, one sets of eight reps and one set to failure (at least six reps). I don't think this will work out well for a bulking steriod. If anyone could help I would appericate it. Right now I am on a two day on one day off work out cycle.
