Question about today's diet

I am in the middle of 2 weeks off. I am 19yrs old in college. Today, I have eaten:

breakfast
1 cup cheerios (ran out of oatmeal)
handful of almonds and raisins
1/2 pint of skim milk
1 egg and 3 whites

Lunch
whole wheat bagel with lettuce, tomatoe, turkey
apple

Snack
apple sauce (all natural)
and a eas advantage protein bar
for dinner i will probably have soup and salad.

I was/am trying to gain weight (only 145 at 5'11).
I haven't done anything today but study, some pushups, and about a 20 minute leisurely walk. My question is, is this good? Enough, too much, what would you suggest for dinner. I can get either a white rice and chicken bowl, soup and salad, greek food like hummous and pita and bean salad from the cafeteria.
Thanks for any suggestions.

find out how many calores you need daily for maintenance weight and up it by about 500 cals daily to gain weight. i would get the rice and chicken bowl x2! and bring along some natty PB to add some extra cals

I agree with desman. About the only way you can tell how many calories per day you take in is to add up EVERYTHING! Try www.fitday.com. Its free to join, and a great way to track the food you eat.

As far as bulkings concerned, some people go with bodyweight x 15 in calories, if your metabolism is excessively high you might have to go bw x 18, or even bw x 20.

Good luck on getting bigger bro!
