Question about time of day

I was wondering wheat time of day I should be taking my Nov and Clomid?I lift at 4am each day and I take all my gear before I workout and then second dose around 12-1pm for the ones I split into 2 doses. I wanted to see the best time to take them in your opinions? Thanks

I've read that taking your pct gear is better at night. Something about absorption. I probably doesn't matter though. I'd take it when most convenient. But make sure it's the same time everyday.
