HI ,i was just wondering about wide stance squatts.
Does this movement really hit the Vastus Medualis which is the inner,lower thigh or not?
Its just that its a really hard movement and hard to feel if its really doing anything at the time. If the toes are pointing outwards does it really make a difference? I personally cant see how it can.
And also does anyone do side lunges to target this area? Just curious.
