Question about Safflower Oil and CLA

If I am taking 100% Safflower Oil, am I getting CLA? In Arnold's encyclopedia that he states that Safflower Oil does not contain linoleic acid. I thought Safflower Oil was highest source for Linoleic Acid? Anyways I just bought a bottle of 100% Safflower Oil and I am wondering if it is the best source for CLA?

All I can tell you is that safflower oil is a great source of linoleic acid. Linoleic acid = omega 6.

CLA = Conjugated Linoleic acid, it is an altered form of regular linoleic acid. I don't know if it is found in just regular safflower??? But I do notice they every CLA supp I have seen "derive's" it from safflower.

heh, funny cause I baught a bottle of sunflower oil today, because I could get it very cheap and wanted to add some more linoleic, ya I'm not sure what the process of 'conjucating' exactly is, bump if someone knows...

next I wouldn't mind getting some gamma linolenic Acid in my diet..
